This undercounter water filter contains an Extruded Activated Carbon Block Cartridge in a single space-saving housing, cartridge is manufactured using FDA-compliant materials and offers high levels of chemical reduction in portable drinking water, including chlorine taste and odor, filter meets NSF/ANSI Standard 53, turbidity and cyst reduction, including cryptosporidium, giardia, and toxoplasma. Graded-density filtration combined with high dirt capacity, extruded activated carbon provide several times greater life than molded filters. 6,000 gallons chlorine taste & odor reduction @0.75 GPM. and 2,500 gallons lead reduction @ 0.75 GPM Includes standard faucet, EZ valve connector, high pressure polyethylene tubing, mounting bracket, and housing wrench. Quick-connect fittings make installation a snap! This under counter filter is placed out of the way, under the sink. Connects to the cold water line with an "EZ valve connector" and dispense water through an attractive long reach LEAD-FREE solid brass faucet. Quick-connect fittings make for fast, easy installation. A 1/2" hole is all that is needed for the faucet stud (all series), but a cover plate is included to accommodate larger pre-drilled holes (such as a vegetable sprayer hole). 12" tall, 5" diameter. 5 year warranty on components.
